These terms apply to plusoneegy.com and to booking requests sent through it. The site is run by Plus One Egypt (“Plus One”, “we”, “us”), based in Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt.

Sending the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Nothing is binding until we agree a written proposal or contract with you that sets out the scope, timeline, fees and payment terms.

Any prices, budgets or packages mentioned on the site are a guide only. If a signed proposal or contract conflicts with these terms, the proposal or contract wins.

• Give us accurate information about yourself, your brand and your project.
• Only share brand assets, logos and content you have the right to use.
• Don't misuse the site: no spam, scraping, hacking attempts or anything unlawful.

Coverage, creator posts and event turnout depend on third parties we don't control. We work hard to deliver what we agree, but unless a contract says otherwise we can't guarantee specific placements, reach, sales or other results.

The Plus One name, logo, design, text, photos and videos on this site belong to us or the brands and creators we work with. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reuse or sell its content without written permission. Client logos and project images appear with permission and remain the property of their owners.

The site links to Instagram, Google Maps and other services. We aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices, so check their terms before using them.

The site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Egyptian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Giza, Egypt.
