This website is run by Plus One Egypt (“Plus One”, “we”, “us”), a PR, influencer marketing and events agency based in Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt, and part of the One More family. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

When you fill in the booking form we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your brand or company name.
• Details about your project: the service, occasion, date, city, rough budget and preferred contact channel.

If you message us on Instagram, WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you choose to share there. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.

• To reply to your booking request and prepare a proposal.
• To plan and deliver the services you book with us.
• To keep the website secure and fix problems.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We process your data because you asked us to (your consent when you send the form), because we need it to take steps toward a contract with you, and where we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our business. We handle personal data in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020).

We never sell your personal data. We only share it with:

• Our team and the One More family, where they help deliver your project.
• Partners needed for your booking, such as venues, photographers or creators, and only what they need.
• Service providers that host this site or handle our email and messaging.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores one small flag in your browser's session storage so the intro animation only plays once per visit. It holds no personal data and is cleared when you close the tab.

We keep booking enquiries for up to two years so we can follow up and refer back to past projects. If you become a client, we keep project and billing records for as long as Egyptian law requires. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Send us a message on Instagram @plusoneegy and we'll reply within one month. If you're not happy with how we handled your request, you can complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
